We kindly invite you to take part in guest master class “Challenges of Industry 4.0 for Marketing and Sales in B2B” led by Michael Kleinaltenkamp, Professor, Dr. h.c. (Freie Universität Berlin, Germany).


Information about the speaker:

Michael Kleinaltenkamp, Professor, Dr. h.c.

Professor of Business and Services Marketing at the Marketing Department of Freie Universität Berlin. His research focuses on B2B and services marketing, relationship marketing and marketing theory. He published in leading marketing journals like Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Marketing Theory, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Service Management and Journal of Service Theory and Practice. 


The master class will be held on Thursday, September 21, at 4,30 p.m., room 408(Volkhovsky per., 3).


Professors, researchers of public sector issues and doctoral students are welcome to participate in the master class.
