Manager, Alumni Relations

Responsibilities

  • Organization and conduction of internal and external documentation,
    Updating  databases with information about the graduates of the GSOM,
  • Preparation of various statistics reports,
  • Information support for graduates
  • Updating the relevant sections of the GSOM web-site in Russian and English languages,
  • Participation in planning and organization of events for alumni.

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • English - Upper intermediate,
  • Practical experience of 3 years,
  • Experience of working with clients (front office),
  • Experienced PC user, practical experience working with databases,
  • Availability of written recommendations will be an advantage.

 

 

Position

Career Center, Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of corporate relations with the leading Russian and international companies,
  • Coordination of GSOM students’ internships in companies,
  • Creating and maintaining a database to assist students in finding employment after graduation,
  • Participation in the organization of guest lectures leaders and representatives of the torus-management of leading Russian and international companies,
  • Coordinate the preparation of a summary of students

Requirements

  • Higher education,
  • Fluent English,
  • Practical  experience in business administration position at least 3 years,
  • Experience of working in a multinational  environment,
  • High communication skills,
  • Experience in the HR-services will be an advantage,
  • Experienced PC user,
  • Availability of written recommendations will be an advantage.
