The course aim is to give students understanding how to manage the research process successfully and write the master thesis. During the course students learn how to:

 

  • use information resources for academic research and lifelong learning,
  • to determine the information requirements of a research question, problem or issue,
  • identify different types of databases that may be used to gather research information,
  • use different research methods,
  • make literature review,
  • create research design,
  • write a research paper.
  • knowledge on the development of master thesis through formulating and clarifying the research topic,
  • searching for the relevant literature and data,
  • critically reviewing literature,
  • developing the research design,
  • collecting and analyzing data and writing the project report.
