On June 30, the traditional summer meeting of graduates and students of the MBA / EMBA programs was held as part of the anniversary year of the Graduate School of Management SPbU, which this year was held in the format of the Sailing Regatta for the GSOM SPbU 30th Anniversary Cup. The regatta was held in the waters of the Gulf of Finland and brought together more than 100 participants for sailing competitions on the water and friendly communication.
The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University and the School of Management of Almaty University conducted a joint project "International Consulting Project". Three teams of 20 graduate students from GSOM SPbU and AlmaU acted as consultants and developed innovative solutions for the cases proposed by IQVIA.
On June 22, the Method.GSOM discussion club “Artificial intelligence for teachers: how to implement systemically in the educational process?” was held.
On July 1-2, the VK fest was held in the 300th Anniversary Park, where guests of the event could get acquainted with the VR technologies of the Research and Educational Center "Digital Technologies in Education" of the GSOM SPbU.
From June 28 to July 30, the XVI International Conference "Game Theory and Management" ("Game Theory and Management", GTM2023) was held at St. Petersburg State University. The event was held in person for the first time after a four-year break.
The discussion was initiated by the "Committee for Youth Policy and Cooperation with Public Organizations" of St. Petersburg.
Participants of the Executive MBA program "Strategic Management: Global Agenda," jointly offered by the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) and the Business School XXI Century-Consult (Belarus), visited Belgrade from May 30th to June 4th.
The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) held successfully a case championship on the topic of sustainable development. The final of the ESG Lab and an expert discussion on the relevance of the sustainable development agenda took place on June 6 at the Mikhailovskaya Dacha campus. The event was attended by students and researchers, as well as and representatives of government, business and public organizations.
The Research and Education Center "Digital Technologies in Education" of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University conducted a training "VR technologies as a tool for developing storytelling skills" for 1st-year undergraduates of the programs "Corporate Finance", "Business Analytics and Big Data", "Management of Smart city." The event took place within the framework of the course “Professional Communications: Language Aspects. Storytelling."
