On January 31, Anastasiia K. Laskovaia has presented her candidate dissertation on the topic: "Approaches to Managerial Decision-Making and Performance of Russian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During the Economic Crisis".
On January 28-30, 62nd Annual Meeting of the Russian Association of International Law was held at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The main topic was: “International law and state security”. Leading experts in international law from Russia and foreign countries attended the meeting.

From December 1 to 9, Director of the Center for the Study of Emerging Market and Russian Multinational Enterprises Andrei Yu. Panibratov, visited Shanghai International Studies University, where he held a workshop for students and spoke at the conference on emerging markets.
Financial Times released its ranking European Business Schools 2018. Graduate School of management of Saint-Petersburg University is ranked 52nd. It is the best result since 2013 when the School was included in FT ranking for the first time.
