Bordunos, a third-year Doctoral student at the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU), has published research on how effective strategies for supporting employees with children and building relationships in the company team can affect their career development after parental leave. Her research supervisor was Sofia Kosheleva, Professor of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Personnel Management.
On May 28, 2020, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM) hosted the first online defense of a thesis by Kazimir P. Yablonsky on the topic “Evaluation of the effectiveness of medical organizations”, which was submitted for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. After his successful defense, Mr. Yablonsky was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
On May 22, 2020 Liudmila Kokoulina (GSOM SPbU 3rd year doctoral student) has presented the results of the research within the framework of her doctoral thesis on the topic “Human factor in knowledge creation processes in the innovative company”. Her Scientific Advisor was Tatiana A. Gavrilova, Doctor of Computer Science, Professor, Head of Department, Information Technologies in Management Department.
