Communication in times of crisis is always a challenge. Everybody wishing to develop their soft-skills in being an effective debater is welcomed at the Fundamentals of Corporate crisis communications series: Crisis Interview Workshop.
Participants will learn how to communicate in a crisis, resolve stressful situations and protect reputation: the company’s and their own.
The workshop covers:
1. Building the culture of risk-taking and looking at essentials of crisis communication management.
2. Responding to a crisis timely and effectively. Communication repair strategies for a Crisis Interview.
3. Language detox
The workshop reflects corporate realities and is based on concrete cases to exemplify how corporate expertise is utilized in crisis communication.The event will take place within the tenth season of Management Career Week 2022: Spring, where most purposeful students gain the chance to practice new business-skills, learn information on the managerial trends and even find a job.
