Research seminar “The Influence of Retail CSR on Consumer Behaviour: systematic literature review” will take place on May 19, 2023, 15:00 – 16:30 in English, online. |
On May, 19, 15:00, a research seminar will take place. This seminar is devoted to discussion of the role of retail CSR in consumer decision-making process. Initially, CSR was considered solely as corporate issue. However, consumers are considered to be among the most crucial stakeholders of the company whose wants and needs should be satisfied. Hence, consumer perception of CSR need be studied to help retails gain competitive advantage in the market of healthy food products. The work will be presented in the form of systematic literature review to find out new paths of development in the area of retail CSR.
