Student reviews

I was the first student in Antai to go for exchange in Russia and in GSOM. After working in a domestic logistics company for years, I decided to pursue an international module for my MBA study.

The first days in St. Petersburg were challenging: I could not speak Russian at all and lacked the experience of living in a cold north city. But with the help of GSOM international office and buddy team, I got used to my study life soon and enjoyed it very much.

The exchange program is quite well-organized: in the 3 weeks’ intensive Doing Business in Russia module, foreign students get to know the basic information of Russian economy, laws and culture; in other electives, GSOM students and exchange students work together and gain inspirations from each other. Besides lectures and seminars, there are interesting company visits and professional guests lectures which provide a closer look into the businesses in Russia.

The exchange semester in GSOM is a very valuable part of my MBA study. Learning from and working with a lot of talented people in the top business school in Russia provided me the opportunity to know more about Russia market and be prepared to work in an international environment.

Chen Yuexiao, exchange student of Spring 2017

MBA, Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU)

GSOM is worthy to come to understand Russia and for a good life working balance. Saint Petersburg is great!.

    Federica Grazi, ESADE, Spain

    CEMS student, Spring 2016

To me GSOM was an out-of-the-box destination. I can recommend Doing Business in Russia and Marketing of Innovative Products courses. The most positive aspects were Buddy intro week, excellent service from international office and social network. I would recommend GSOM to other students.

    CEMS, Spring 2016
