The diversity and variety of challenges and perspectives in international business (IB) nowadays shape the new role of human resource (HR) and global talent management pushing rethinking strategies, practices and opportunities. This track welcomes papers to force the discussion about HR and talent management approaches and practices that deals with new IB agenda embracing diversity and migration issues, digitalization and technological transformation, cross-cultural adjustment and integration of HR and talent management in different contexts, leadership and human capital development. Papers submitted to this track may be focused (but not limited to) on these topics.
