Corruption, Public Procurement, and their Intersection

Track Chairs:

Two sessions, one after the other, are planned as part of this track.

The first session is devoted to discussion of general public procurement problems and to the assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of RF contract system.

The second one examines the issues of corruption modelling.
