Registration

The registration fee is non-refundable and should be paid via wire transfer using the bank details below. The registration fees include: tutorials, coffee breaks and lunches, conference materials.

 

The registration fees are as follows:

*Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a fulltime student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.

 

It will be possible to pay registration fee from April 10, 2016.

Registration policy:

• A separate registration form must be used for each participant.
• Registration will be valid when full payment is received.
• Certificate of attendance and payment will be issued during the meeting.

 

Please note that if the payment will be made in US Dollars, it will be converted  into euros at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia at the time of transfer of funds to Saint Petersburg State University.
