12th  International Conference "Public Sector Transition: Innovation Prospects", March 11-12, 2011.  The conference is organized by the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University.

This conference continues the series of research seminars and conferences held in 1995–2010. The detailed information about previous events is on the web site of the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University (www.gsom.spbu.ru). The Annual meeting of ASPE will be held during the conference.

 

Working languages: Russian and English.

 

Please complete on-line registration form below no later than January 17, 2011.

 

You will be informed about the acceptance of your paper by February 2, 2011. The full text of accepted papers should be submitted by 15th February, 2011. All papers will be available to conference participants.

 

Participants are expected to pay a registration fee (1000 rubles). This fee may be paid during registration on the first conference day. ASPE members should not pay registration fee if they paid their annual membership fee (1000 rubles). Membership payment can be done either via ASPE bank account or in cash on the first day of the conference. Registration fee / ASPE membership fee covers costs of coffee-breaks, lunches and reception.
