EBS University of Business and Law (Germany)

EBS is an academy, which has been awarded the status of a university by the German state of Hesse. The sole partner of EBS is the European Business School Foundation. The foundation is non-profit making and comprises renowned companies and successful entrepreneurs and organizations. The business of EBS is conducted by the Dean in his roles as Academic Director and CEO, as well as by both the executive directors and authorized officers. The highest supervisory and controlling body is the Administrative Board. The Dean and Chancellor, together with the three Vice Deans, form the Executive Committee of EBS. This team is answerable for academic matters to the university’s Senate. The Senate comprises professors, students and administrative staff members.
