Paper development workshop with thorough feedback and discussion.
During the workshop the participants will present their doctoral thesis papers projects/research articles and the discussants will give their feedback and recommendations for possible improvements.
DEADLINES AND CRITERIA
- Papers requirements:
Interested doctoral students are encouraged to submit a minimum two-page extended outline (references not counted) of their research by sending them to Doctoral Colloquium coordinator Marina Latukha (email@example.com).
The abstract should be divided into the following headings:
- Literature/Theoretical background
Each of the sections should not exceed 250 words and the total length should be about 1500 words at the maximum.
First year doctoral students can submit a short outline of the research plan or idea for a journal publication.
The more advanced doctoral students are recommended to submit a draft of their current research article/thesis paper.
Accepted candidates will give a 20-25 minute presentation followed by a feedback discussion.
GSOM EMC main conference is open for all Doctoral Colloquium attendees.
All the speakers will be given the Certificate of participation in Doctoral Colloquium.
