On November 8, the Higher School of Management of St. Petersburg State University hosted an open lecture by Yulia Ludinova, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg — Head of the Project Management — Project Office of the Administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg.
The topic of the speech: “National projects of St. Petersburg as an instrument of public administration.”
The lecture was held in an open format: not only GSOM SPbU students, but also anyone interested in public administration, territorial development and project management could take part.
The representative of the Government of St. Petersburg noted the role of the Project Office in the implementation of national projects of Russia and the implementation of project activities in the executive bodies of state power of St. Petersburg.
“Project management is one of the key tools for increasing the efficiency of public administration, the priority of which is improving the interaction of citizens, business and authorities,” noted Yulia Ludinova.
In addition, an important topic of the lecture was the interaction of the city government with business, incl. through the Project Office, as well as career prospects and necessary work competencies of GSOM SPbU allumni.
