On May 18-20, 2016 the three-day research workshop "Dynamic Entrepreneurship Classroom” was held at Graduate School of Management SPbU. 

 

 

The joint workshop of GSOM Center for Entrepreneurship and “Center for Entrepreneurship” Ltd was devoted to the exchange of experience in entrepreneurship research and teaching. More than 40 representatives of Universities from all over Russia and neighboring countries took part in the workshop.

 

 

The participants of the workshop had an opportunity to get acquainted with current approaches to understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship, with effective techniques of teaching entrepreneurship at University, and also with the results of entrepreneurship research at the international and Russian levels.

 

 

Leading experts in the field of entrepreneurship teaching and research shared their experience with the participants: Ray Smilor (Professor, Neeley School of Business, USA), Michael Morris (Professor, College of Business Administration, University of Florida, USA), Derek Abell (Professor, founder and president of the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT), Germany), Minet Schindehutte (Associate Professor, Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University, USA), Galina V. Shirokova (Professor, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship, GSOM SPbU).
