On June 10, 2014 Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University will hold a roundtable "Transport Infrastructure Projects under Budget Constraints: Models of Cooperation Convenient for Business", organized by RBC St. Petersburg, together with the ANO "Directorate for Development of Transport System in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region" as part of the events cycle of the project "Future St. Petersburg"
Topics for discussion at the roundtable:
• Is business ready to invest in transport infrastructure projects? If yes, under what conditions?
• Can the model of public-private partnership become the main lever of development of transport infrastructure under budget constraints?
• What are the main defects of the PPP model today? Can they be eliminated in the near future?
• What mechanisms / solutions can business offer to the state to encourage private investment in infrastructure projects?
Almost twenty top-managers of major St. Petersburg and Moscow companies, transport, construction and investment institutions, officials of regional and federal levels, top managers of expert companies are invited to the dialogue at the round table.
Time and place: June 10, 2014, Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University (Volkhovskiy Per. 3), 10.00 - 13.00.
