Digital Transformation is one of the most important tasks for many companies around the world today. Either to lead or just to survive. But while there is (rightly) a strong focus on the technologies, stakeholder get more and more attention, as they play a key role in disseminating successfully the transformation outcome.

Thomas Osburg will talk about Digital Transformation as a journey, rather than a target and also share his personal experience from working at global IT firms over 25 years. In his very interactive session Thomas will focus on:

• How do companies start processes that make sense;
• What opportunities exist, but also what challenges;
• Why is a look at key Stakeholders in the transformation process so critical;
