On November, 30 Alexander Makarov, financier, GSOM SPbU alumni and Droice Labs co-founder, will deliver an open lecture on the topic: “How data helps make the right business decisions with examples from healthcare”. Alexander will tell how data analysis helps to make effective decisions, avoid mistakes and side effects and improve the quality of medical care, and how their technological product is introduced on the Russian and world markets.
Previously, Alexander Makarov was engaged in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence platforms, working at IBM Russia. Later he worked at the international startup Foodpanda in Hong Kong. In 2016, as a student at Columbia University in the USA, Alexander became one of the founders of Droice Labs. This is a startup that develops digital medical data analysis technology to help healthcare professionals make better decisions. Today more than 100 thousand medical decisions per day around the world are based on the tips of Droice Labs artificial intelligence.
