On July 9, an online workshop “Manager of XXI century - Problem Solving Competence” for the MBA / EMBA alumni will be held as part of the “Territory of Growth” project for alumni of MBA / EMBA programs.  

The host is Anastasia D. Chanko, a visiting lecturer at the MBA / EMBA programs at GSOM SPbU, and the author of the book Teams in Modern Organizations.

In modern management, such complex cognitive skills as “problem solving”, “critical thinking”, “creativity” and others acquire a very significant role. According to many experts and scientists, these skills should be considered as the most important not only from the set of necessary competencies for leaders and managers, but also from the “skills of survival in the 21st century” along with skills of cooperation, communication, and digital literacy.
