About

On April 1, 2021, an open lecture "Financial planning - striving for excellence" will be held.

 In the lecture, you will learn:

• Sales & Operational planning (S&OP) process. What it is and what is the role of the financial department of the company in it;
• how to launch a new financial planning model on a cloud platform;
• how to adapt approaches to the new reality: using scenario planning and dynamic cost management;
• how to create fair, open and constructive interactions between functions.

        

About speaker

Elizaveta Palitsyna, CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants)

For more than 20 years she has been working in the field of finance in large companies in the FMCG sector, for the last 12 years as a Director for controlling various business areas of the countries of the Central and Eastern Europe region. She graduated from GSOM SPbU in 2000.
