About

On April 8, 2021, a lecture on agile methods of IT project management and from the point of view of the theory of conflicts will be held. It will be delivered by Anatoly Chekmarev, Head of IT Department of Gazprom Export LLC - CIO of Gazprom Export Group.

In the lecture, you will find out:

• which IT projects are more successful;
• on the strategy and structure of the conflict in an IT project;
• how Agile and conflict theory are related.      

  

About speaker

Anatoly Chekmarev, defended his Ph.D. thesis on "Development of a method for quantitative analysis of conflicts for quality control of information technology projects." For over 25 years he has worked in the financial sector (MICEX, Bank of Russia, RTS, Vneshtorgbank, Gazprombank, National Depository Center). Currently he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for the development of information technologies and digital transformation of the Gazprom Export Group.
