On May 18, 2021, at 18.00, a guest lecture “Golden Products of the Bank” will be held by Maria Olshanskaya, CFA, Director of Structuring and Structured Products of VTB Bank.

At the lecture, we will analyze:

• What kind of non-standard products and why does the Bank offer its corporate clients.
• A specific example of a non-cash loan.
• We will tell you who the structurators are and why they are needed at the Bank.

About speakers

Maria Olshanskaya, CFA, she is Director, Structuring and Structured Products. Maria has worked at VTB Bank since 2011 and she is engaged in structuring transactions with financial derivatives and providing financing through trade contracts in Russian and foreign law, and participated in the implementation of the first commodity derivatives in Russian law. Prior to VTB, she was a lecturer at ICEF (Principles of banking and finance) at the Higher School of Economics.
