About the event

On May 27, 2021, at 18:00, Natalya Dyatlova, a guest lecturer-practitioner of the Corporate Law in Russia discipline of the Master in Corporate Finance program of GSOM SPbU,  Candidate of Law, will deliver a guest lecture on M&A and Legal Due Diligence will take place: how to “pack” assets for a deal.

  

At the lecture, we will analyze:

• Due Diligence Objectives
• The dynamics of legal due diligence
• Documents and information included in the due diligence
• Typical risks identified during due diligence are
• The format for describing risks based on the results of due diligence.

       

Speaker

Natalya Dyatlova, a guest lecturer of the Corporate Law in Russia discipline of the Master in Corporate Finance program, GSOM SPbU, Candidate of Law.

The speaker has significant experience (over 20 years) in international and Russian consulting on the preparation and implementation of national and international commercial projects in the field of international investment, corporate law, real estate and M&A transactions, including leading a team of Russian lawyers in the first PPP project in Russia — construction of the Western High-Speed ​​Diameter toll road in St. Petersburg.

 She is currently a partner and Head of the International Desk, as well as the Head of the PPP practice at Maxima Legal. Previously, she held the position of Director of the Legal Department of the Legal Department of KPMG, Counselor and Co-Head of Real Estate Practice at SALANS (now Dentons).
