About event

Session “Everything you need to know about career development: corporate DNA vs. own business” was organized with the support of GSOM SPbU and ANO “Delovaya Rossiya”. The track will be held as part of a separate youth program of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The objectives of the session include orientation of university alumni at an important stage of entering the labor market. Upon graduation, the student has great ambitions to build their project or a grand hiring career. However, the lack of experience, competencies and contacts does not allow to quickly and effectively resolve the issue of the development of young specialists. Where to start your career path? How to gain important experience and attract the attention of the employer? How to build effective communication between representatives of different generations in the company? What are the best practices for developing an HR brand among the student audience? All these questions will be answered by the participants of the session “Everything you need to know about career development: corporate DNA vs. own project".
