Since 2015, the Leningrad Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the Government of the Leningrad Region, has been holding a conference "Woman - Leader" as part of a global initiative to support women's entrepreneurship, career advancement of women and ensure equal opportunities for development in business.

Representatives of government authorities and the business community, political and public figures, athletes and artists discuss the implementation of social, business and cultural projects, emphasizing the importance of the active integration of women into the economy and politics.
