On June 24, 2021 at 18.00 an open lecture “Venture investments: how much is my startup worth?”  will be held. Speaker is Igor Yarunov, an expert specializing in private equity and venture capital investments, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.

In a programme:

• How a Venture Investor Thinks and Why He Looks at Market Size: Portfolio and One Company Returns.
• Startup development stages. Assessment methods depending on the stage. The share and amount of investment at the Seed / Pre-seed stages.
• Just about the complex: future cash flows, terminal value, multipliers for revenue, EBITDA, net profit.
• Analysis of a SaaS startup case.

Igor Yarunov, Kirov Ventures

He has 12 years of experience in venture investments, business development, consulting, took part in 30+ venture transactions (EdTech, DeepTech, PropTech, Fintech, E-commerce, Industry 4.0), 1 company acquired. Igor graduated from the Russian School of Economics (MSc in Finance) and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (MSc & BA in Cybernetics).
