Discussion of the results of a study carried out as part of the RFBR grant "Psychological resources of professional self-realization and social success of adults in the context of the concept of lifelong education". The purpose of the study was to identify psychological resources (intellectual, emotional, communicative, motivational, self-regulatory) that contribute to the professional implementation and social success of students of additional education programs (EMBA). The results of the project were "converted" into the curriculum "Strategy of Personal and Professional Development" for EMBA students.
