• what is a value proposition in working with authorities and how to formulate your request in order to get a meaningful answer;
• how modern trends affect the work of specialists working with government bodies.

        

About speaker

Peter Korotkov, Counselor for Government Relations, 3M Company in Russia and the CIS, MBA.

He has work experience in management and expert positions for over 25 years, extensive practical experience in organizational design and change management aimed at creating value based divisions. For more than 15 years he has been working in 3M Company and in different years was responsible for the implementation of the company's strategy in the Volga Federal District, North-West Federal District, and headed the Client Innovation Center in St. Petersburg. Areas of interest and professional expertise: strategic management, digitalization, sustainable development, business ethics, regulation optimization.
