The research seminar aims to present and discuss the final results of the project “Learning from the COVID-19 pandemic: strategic behavior of small and medium-sized businesses in the times of crisis” implemented with the support of the Russian Science Foundation (project No. 21-78-10024, https:// rscf.ru/project/21-78-10024/) in 2021-2024. The project is dedicated to identifying aspects of the strategic behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises that can increase organizational resilience to crisis and improve business performance, as well as to identifying the main trends in the development of entrepreneurship in the post-pandemic period in a turbulent external environment.
