About Conference

  

International Research Conference “GSOM Emerging Markets Conference-2016” will be held on October 6 - 8, 2016 at Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University.     Conference working language is English and Russian (several round tables and sessions are planned to be held in Russian).

   

  

 

		The conference is an important platform to exchange views on emerging markets, confirmed by the great interest from Russian and foreign researchers. In 2015 the conference was attended by more than 430 participants - representatives of 60 leading universities from Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, India, and other countries. This year we hope to see even more new participants, as well as to share the results of research, the ideas of which were born at the previous conferences.   Konstantin V. Keynote speakers

 

During the conference several key speakers will give their speeches at the plenary session or at the special sessions. Considering very wide range of interests of participants, we are trying to assemble presentations on current topics from famous researchers.

Grants

 

For participants of our conference grants for travel / accommodation can be provided.

 

 

The terms of the grant providing are:

• Submitting a structured abstract meeting the requirements;
• Submitting an article in accordance with the requirements of one of the Russian leading journals in the field of management, published in GSOM:
• “Russian Journal of Management”
• “Vestnik (Herald) of Saint Petersburg University. Management”
• Receiving a response from the editorial board of the journal on satisfying the basic requirements for the publication and acceptance of articles for peer review process.

 

 

The deadline for submitting the article to the editorial board - June 30, 2016

Notification of acceptance/rejection of the paper for the conference - June 30, 2016.

Notification of grant for travel / accommodation providing - August 10, 2016.

Publication Opportunities

 

All structured abstracts accepted for the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISSN and will be available free online.

 

Papers prepared on the basis of the best presentations can be published in Russian Journal of Management or Vestnik (Herald) of Saint Petersburg University. Management.
