GSOM SPbU exclusively represents Russia in the alliance of the world leading business schools PIM (Partnership in International Management). GSOM is an exclusive Russian member of the Global Alliance in Management Education - Community of European Management Schools, CEMS. GSOM`s membership in CEMS allows the students of GSOM Master in Management program to study abroad at one of the CEMS schools within a common curriculum specially designed by CEMS alliance. This is a good opportunity for our students to get into a prestigious community consolidating professionals from all over the world.
The list of GSOM accreditations, professional associations and alliances as well as its position in the international rankings is a result of persistent teamwork of the School faculty, students, administrative staff, corporate and academic partners, and alumni.

Nearly 100 % of all master level students and around 50 % of bachelor-level students at GSOM spend their semester abroad.
Students exchange programs at GSOM are run on all levels of education, bachelor, master, EMBA.
The International office at GSOM has been working since 1999. The initial list of academic partners of GSOM involved the members of North European Business Schools Education Network, NEBSEN such as Copenhagen Business School, Helsinki School of Economics, Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen and Stockholm School of Economics. The list of international academic partners of GSOM is growing annually. Today the number of international academic partners of GSOM exceeds 70 schools.
Student mobility program is an excellent opportunity for the students to enter the international network of people who are united by common professional interests, as well as a good way to make friends all over the world.
GSOM is a part of St. Petersburg University (SPbU) which in connection with exchange programs gives the students of GSOM an additional opportunity to select their host school among university-wide academic partners.
The number of incoming international students has been growing steadily. Annually around 200 international students come to GSOM for exchange studies from such countries as: France, Austria, Czech Republic, Canada, Japan, Singapore, China etc.
During the first weeks of the adaptation period the incoming students get support from GSOM Buddy team, who help newly arrived students to get used to the new cultural, social and linguistic environment.
