Besides the firm theoretical knowledge in the field of management, studying on master program allowed me to develop practical managerial skills. One of the advantages of studies is projects form top employers embedded into courses, which give an opportunity to put into practice theory and get an understanding how many things are organized in particular companies. It significantly helps in further search for employment. I can not but highlight vivid extra curriculum activities of student community at GSOM. Different clubs, conferences and events organized by students not only strengthen corporate culture, but also supplement managerial competences formation.
