On May 24, the X annual scientific conference "PPP in the field of transport: models and experience" was held at GSOM SPbU. Traditionally, the event brought together representatives of the academic environment, business, professional and banking communities to discuss the prospects for the development of public-private partnership in Russia
GSOM SPbU experts shared their best practices at the VIII research conference "Public-Private Partnership in the field of transport: models and experience".
The research project of Svetlana Maslova, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration, Director of the PPP Center of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) "Sustainable development and infrastructure investment projects with the participation of St. Petersburg: transformation of the legal model of regulation" received funding from the Russian Science Foundation (RSF).
Svetlana Maslova, Head of the Center for Public-Private Partnership Studies at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), made a presentation on the specifics of regulating cross-border relations in the field of public-private partnerships at the Annual meeting of the Russian Association of International Law.
Textbook "Public-Private Partnership: Theoretical Foundations and Practice of Application in Russia and Foreign Countries" written by Svetlana Maslova, Associate Professor of the Public Administration Department, Head of the Laboratory "Public-Private Partnership Research Center" of the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), and Maxim Sokolov, Head of Public Administration Department of the Business School, is published on the Urait educational platform. It is available to readers in its electronic library system (in Russian only).
In the Graduate School of Management St Petersburg University (GSOM SPBU) the VII “Public-Private Partnership in Transport Sector: Models and Experience” Research Conference took place. Maxim Sokolov, Vice Governor, Head of the Department of Public Management of St. Petersburg University, made a keynote speech on the current practice of St. Petersburg development of public-private partnership projects in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
