On September 23, 2015 Igor Borisenko, Adviser to Global CEO, Maritime Finance, VTB Capital, holds a seminar “Introduction to Shipping Economics and Finance” at the Graduate School of Management SPbU.  VTB Capital is the Investment Company of VTB Group.
