July 28, 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on awarding the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree to the Director General of the Institute "Graduate School of Management" SPbU, the head of VTB Bank (PJSC) Andrei Kostin for the "great contribution to the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and the long-term honest work".

 

10 years ago, President Vladimir Putin awarded Andrei Kostin IV degree Order "for his great contribution to the development of financial and banking system", and in 2011 President Dmitry Medvedev - III degree "for outstanding contribution to the socio-economic development of the region and many years of conscientious work" .
