About a thousand students of St. Petersburg State University attended the event, including about 100 students of GSOM SPbU. Students attended workshops and lectures by representatives of the companies.

GSOM SPbU Career Center together with the CEMS Club prepared a series of activities for its candidates, one of which - HR speed dating, which attracted the participation of more than 80 people. This format of the event allowed students to meet directly with a large number of companies, to evaluate their competence and to find practice and internship. 

Career Day is equally interesting for both students and employers who are looking for talented and prospective young professionals for their company's.

In the interview with the SPbU Press Service, Natalia Ostapenko, a business partner to work with Deloitte company staff in St. Petersburg and a graduate of GSOM SPbU, shared her impression about the event: "Usually we recruit specialists from university years and that’s why St. Petersburg State University career Day is our core activity. Usually we conduct workshops and lectures for first and second year students, and we can invite older students to internships in various departments of the company. Career Day for us is a place where we are looking for our future talents".
