Tatiana Garanina, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Accounting, became one of the co-authors of the computer program (Portal) "Innovation and Communications Support System" (SPIC). The program is registered with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (http://gsom.spbu.ru/files/svidetel_stvo_ob_intellektual_noj_sobstennosti.pdf).
The SPIC system is a production management system for the processing organizations of the LUKOIL Group. The efficiency of production facilities is achieved through the integrated use of intellectual resources.
The SPIC methodology was developed by specialists of the Oil Refining, Petrochemicals and Gas Processing Unit of PJSC "LUKOIL" with independent expert and methodological support of GSOM SPbU, which was directly implemented by Tatiana Garanina.
The SPIC portal performs the function of information support of business, in which such mechanisms are implemented: - informing employees about events related to the professional activities of a particular employee; - communications for the implementation of joint professional activities of geographically remote workers (including group work); - accumulation of data related to the professional activities of employees, professional communities, organizations); - control of the execution of assignments of employees.
