On March 27, 2017, in GSOM, for the third time, the corporate educational program "HR Manager as a Business Partner" for PJSC NK Rosneft was launched.

 

30 students, heads of personnel services and departments for personnel and social programs from subsidiaries of the company and the largest refineries of the Russian Federation, started to learn the program.

 

Within the first full-time module of the program, which took place from 5 to 7 April 2017 at GSOM SPbSU, the topics "Macroeconomic business environment", "Strategic management", "Marketing in the process of realizing strategic goals" , "Financial literacy of HR-managers" and "Financial drivers of creating values" were discussed. Under the guidance of experienced GSOM teachers of SPbU, students analyzed business cases and specific situations from companies, participated in group work and discussions.

 

 

"HR manager as a business partner" program is oriented to the world standards of professional activity of specialists in the field of personnel management and provides for training and development of strategic competencies of the company's top managers.
