In the 2016/2017 academic year, the company "Rosneft" has continued the cooperation with the Graduate School of Management: on June 23, 2017 the third group of HR-managers of the company successfully completed the program "HR-manager as a business partner." The third group had united the heads of HR departments of PJSC NK Rosneft and its subsidiaries from different regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

 

Within the framework of the program, 3 distance learning and 3-day training modules were conducted, aimed at improving HR skills and developing strategic competencies of HR-managers of the company. The head of the school Konstantin V. Krotov congratulated the graduates on the successful completion of the program and handed the certificates of professional development.
