High Attestation Committee of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation has issued the order confirming the Doctoral Degree for Associate Professor of St. Petersburg State University Marina Latukha.

On November 29, by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 1143 / nk approved the decision of the High Attestation Committee # D 212.232.69 on awarding the Doctoral Degree of Economic Sciences to Marina Latukha. Defense of the thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences on "Management of talented employees in Russian companies in the international environment: the methodology of research and basic practices" was held on May 23, 2017.
