Maslova (Assistant Professor, Department of Public Administration SPbU; Head of GSOM SPbU “Center for Public-Private Partnership Studies”) was awarded by St. Petersburg City Governor’s Administration: "For a significant contribution to the implementation of Presidential Management Training Program and the organization of Russian national economy in St. Petersburg ", where she taught the discipline "PPP in Health Care".

The gratitude was given on September 28, 2018 at Duma Hall of Tavrichesky Palace during united graduation ceremony for Presidential Management Training Program.
