Evgeny Yu. Blagov, PhD, Assistant Professor of the Information Technologies in Management Department, from October 31 to November 2 participated in the IV International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for cluster development" in the city of Kazan.

Evgeny Blagov spoke as an expert speaker on the "Knowledge Management for Human Resources — an instrument for human capital management in the innovation cluster" section, took part in the "Knowledge Management. Instruments for collaboration development" round table and the "Community Management — teaching best practices of managing communities" section.
Commenting the conference, E. Yu. Blagov noticed that retention and transfer of technological and organizational knowledge is a key aspect of development of territorial innovation clusters as an instrument of Russian economy’s technological development. “Reindustrialization on the basis of new technological paradigm, which is of high need for Russian economy, must be based on profound and elaborate analysis and development of technological and organizational knowledge developed by companies and organizations throughout their activities,” Assistant Professor Blagov explained.
The "Partnership for cluster development" conference has been held on fourth time. It unites the representatives of big business, education, federal and regional authority interested in development of innovation clusters in various industries of Russian economy. The conference has been organized by the "Non-profit "Kama innovation territorial and production cluster" partnership" association with the support from the Government of the Tatarstan republic, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, RVC JSC and the "Higher School of Economics" National Research University.
