On November 25, 2019, the Executive MBA program for Rosneft was launched at the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg University. For the first time within the partnership between the School and the company, the program received the "Executive«» status. Top managers will take part in it — representatives of the central office and subsidiaries of the group of companies.

 

 

On the opening day, Konstantin Krotov, Head of School, welcomed the audience: “Executive MBA is the flagship in our portfolio of corporate programs for Rosneft. We are confident that the next two years will give the participants of the program an intellectual pleasure from knowledge, professional discussions and advanced competencies”.

 

The program includes 17 basic educational courses and 8 professional trainings in online and offline formats. The program includes two visiting modules, which will be held at partner universities in Europe, and in the end participants will prepare the final group certification project.

The Executive MBA program for Rosneft is aimed at systematizing the existing managerial experience, developing strategic thinking and the ability to find effective managerial decisions. During the training process, students will receive advanced knowledge in the field of company resource management, strategic management, financial analysis, operational management, marketing and sales. They will also learn the world experience of effective company management and get acquainted with the best practices of company development in a globalized business.
