On November 26 the new corporate program “Leaders of the Future: Strategic Level” for Rosneft was launched at GSOM SPbU.  

 

 

The program is attended by 30 participants from 15 cities of Russia included in the personnel reserve of the strategic level of Rosneft.

 

The program was developed and implemented with the participation of HEC, France. It includes 5 modules: current environmental challenges, digitalization and innovation, leadership and effectiveness, strategy and change management, effective management, as well as online work, an on-site module and defenses of group business projects.

 

The aim of the program is the building and development of managerial competencies, which will allow participants to realize the leadership potential in the company.
