The aim of this International Module is to provide participants with an overview of the most relevant topics on doing business in Russia, as well as a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges companies face in context of emerging market.

 

Through participating in the program the participants will:

• learn to understand the basic approaches in doing business in an emerging market business context;
• gain a better understanding of the specifics of Russian economic development and the challenges managers face when entering Russia and running business in this transitional environment;
• get acquainted with Russian business culture;
• study the strategic elements of the development of Russia’s energy industry.

The course utilizes various element such as theory, lectures, discussions, and company visits.
