In the period from November 15, 2016 to February 16, 2017, 20 managers of OJSC Tomskneft of the Eastern Oil Company, subsidiary of  PJSC NK Rosneft and PJSC Gazprom Neft, the largest producer of oil and gas in the Tomsk region, finished their education in program Operations Management.

 

 

The program was developed with the purpose of formation and development of professional and managerial skills of Executives in the field of operations management. The program takes into account the strategic objectives of Tomskneft in the development of operational management and management training.

 

Participants expressed high satisfaction with the content of the program, the level of professionalism of teachers, assessed the availability, usefulness and practical orientation of the material. According to the listeners' feedback, in a short time they managed not only to get acquainted with the key theories, but also to arm themselves with specific knowledge and techniques. In addition, the set of methods stimulated the assimilation of the material.
All the students of the program have successfully passed the final attestation. Mikhail N. Antoshchuk, Deputy General Director for Personnel and Social Projects of Tomskneft, was invited as the Chairman of the Attestation Commission.

 

On February 16, 2017, in a solemn atmosphere, the students of the program received certificates of professional development of the St. Petersburg State University.

 

The indicator of the success of the program was the prospect of further cooperation in training middle managers for the 2017/2018 academic year.
