On April, 11 “University of General Director” corporate educational program for PJSC Rosneft has started. It is the forth advanced training, provided as a part of the strategic partnership between GSOM SPbU and PJSC Rosneft.

 

 

This year 25 PJSC Rosneft directors and heads of subsidiaries, including the largest oil refineries of Russia, stated their studies at GSOM SPbU.

 

The program consists of three educational modules — “Actual Challenges of the External Environment: Effective Strategy”, “The best Management Practices: Effective Company”, “Competences of a Modern Manager: Effective Management”. They include classroom training and distance learning. The first module of the program covered such topics as "Macroeconomic environment of business" and "Communication skills of a Manager".

 

The program "University of General Director" is focused on the development of managerial competencies of top managers of the company, and managers of large enterprises of the oil and gas industry. At the end of the course, participants will receive certificates of advanced training at St. Petersburg University.
