On June 7, on Volkhovskiy per. 3 the V Conference “Public-Private Partnership in the Field of Transport: Models and Experience” took place. Students, alumni and young scientists - representatives of Russian universities, institutes and academies engaged in public-private partnership research in transport sector presented the results of their research.

 

Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration and the Head of the Center for PPP Studies Svetlana Maslova presented the study “The concept of public-private partnership for the benefit of people: the evolution of approaches from Value for Money to Value for People”
