April 13, 2020, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM) opened academic program of professional retraining "Healthcare Management", implemented as part of the Presidential Program of Management Training (Presidential Program).

32 Heads of state and private healthcare organizations from St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Moscow and Tyumen regions and the Republic of Karelia are participating in the program, which consists of six weekly training modules. In connection with the transfer to online format of all academic programs implemented in the Russian Federation, the first module of the program has been conducted online.

The program “Healthcare Management” is aimed at improving the competitiveness of the Russian health sector through professional retraining of managers and owners of healthcare organizations. It is being offered at the leading national business school, which is a faculty of the oldest classical university in Russia.
